It Takes A Village: Building Creative Connections

1pm-2:30pm Saturday 30th May @ The Swan Room, Key Theatre

This month’s Culture Forum invites mid and early-career artists and creatives to come together to build their creative “village.” Rather than navigating your practice alone, this session focuses on finding the people, perspectives and support you might be missing right here in Peterborough.

Through group conversations and structured, low-pressure speed-meetings, you’ll share what you’re working on (or want to be working on), connect with local artists across different disciplines and discover potential collaborators, supporters, sounding boards, or friendships.

Following the session, Sarah will personally send email introductions between you and the artist/s you clicked with, giving your day-of connections a real chance to grow into long lasting relationships that may even grow into creative partnerships.

About the facilitator:

Sarah Saxby is a writer, actor, facilitator and youth worker (but she usually just goes by the catch-all term, ‘theatremaker’) hailing from the Fens.
