Marketing & Audiences Manager

Part-Time Position: 22.5 hours per week, days & times to be agreed.
Working Location: Jumped Up office in central Peterborough & onsite for events as required.
Reports To: Creative Producer
Responsible For: Marketing & Participation Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and experienced marketing professional with a passion for communication, performing arts and community engagement to become our Marketing & Audiences Manager.
The successful applicant will lead on marketing and audience development for our projects and events; they’ll also oversee our evaluation processes and contribute data to the fundraising strategy.
This is an interesting and creative leadership role at the heart of Jumped Up, delivering impact and engagement through strategy development, delivery through innovation and collaboration across multiple ongoing programmes, and an opportunity to shape a new vision for our marketing and communications.

Marketing & Participation Assistant

Working Location: Jumped Up office in Central Peterborough & onsite for events as required.
Reports To: Marketing & Audiences Manager
We’re seeking an adaptable and creative individual with experience (professional, training, or voluntary) of working in press, social media or content creation to become our Marketing & Participation Assistant.
The successful applicant will support the Marketing & Audiences Manager and our producers in delivering marketing and audience development campaigns and participation programmes. They will also assist with public-facing events and develop new relationships with participants and community leaders - with a focus on children, young people and families. There will also be administrative tasks to support reporting on Jumped Up’s impact.
This is a great entry-level position for an individual looking to develop their marketing and engagement expertise in a small team with multiple projects on the go. Excellent organisational skills are required, along with a proactive attitude, good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Applicants should be ready to demonstrate an interest in theatre and/or dance, and community engagement.
