A paid first step into your creative career
Jumped Up Theatre is looking for Young Leaders aged 18-25 to work alongside a professional artist on New Creatives: our programme for young people making original theatre in Peterborough.
You'll help plan and support workshops, contribute your own creative ideas, and gain real experience producing professional theatre, while mentoring a group of younger creatives through the process. No previous professional experience needed - just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Full training and support provided throughout.
Pay: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)
Commitment: 2.5 hours per week, term time
Dates: Late October 2026 - August 2027
Location: Peterborough, with performance opportunities outside the city
Closing date: 30 September 2026
