BODY & SOUL SESSIONS
Let’s dance: An hour of fitness inspired by Northern Soul music.

A confirmation email will be sent to you including a link to join the Zoom classes, these emails will be sent out to new members on Wednesday at 5pm. The link to join is the same for every class so please make sure you save this email!
Important: Please fill out our PAR-Q form by following THIS LINK . This Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire confirms that you are safe to participate in the session, and asks for basic info we need to prove to our funder who our participants are. You take part in this session at your own risk.
Jumped Up is a registered charity and donations will be used to support arts activity in Peterborough. We welcome donations to support Jumped Up Theatre to continue delivering these sessions and other projects in and around Peterborough.
About the Body & Soul classes
WHEN: Every Thursday morning 10am-11am - Please give yourself plenty of time to set up Zoom and check your connection
WHERE: The classes will be held via Zoom call - If you are new to Zoom please read the How To Zoom page.

On the day of your Body & Soul session:
1. Set yourself up in space without trip hazards, in comfy clothes, good shoes and with access to water. It’s helpful to have a chair to hand for stretching.
2. At least 10 minutes before the class starts click on the link we have sent you. Or enter the code and password into “Join A Meeting” on the Zoom app.
3. The Thursday class, led by Chloe, will start at 10am and finish at 11pm. Please do send any feedback you have to us afterwards via any of the links below.
4. We would welcome donations to support Jumped Up Theatre to continue delivering these sessions and other projects in Peterborough.
