Conduct Guidelines

It is very important to us that our events provide a positive and respectful environment for everyone, staff and participants. To ensure this, we have drawn up some guidelines about expectations about conduct during sessions.

It is essential that everyone follows these guidelines so we can create a nurturing and productive environment where everyone can thrive and achieve their goals and feel safe and valued.

Please review the following guidelines carefully.

  • Respect for Others: Please treat your fellow participants, instructors and staff with kindness, courtesy, and respect.

  • Focus and Participation: Give your full attention and effort during class. Please silence mobile phones and keep questions relevant to the class and at a time that they do not disrupt the flow of teaching.

  • Safety First: Always prioritise safety. Listen to instructions carefully, follow proper technique and avoid any behaviour that could put yourself or others at risk of injury.

  • Attendance and Communications: Attend classes regularly and communicate any absences with staff in advance. Consistent attendance is crucial for your progress and the cohesion of group routines.

If these guidelines are not met, the Participation Producer will speak to you individually. If these are consistently broken, you may be asked to leave the group.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding these guidelines, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you for your commitment to upholding these standards and being a valued member of our community.
